Muse Website Re-Launched

Muse have re-launched their website http://www.muse.mu/ to coincide with the countdown to their next studio album: The Resistance. Below is the official lowdown on the new website as published on their News section:
Quoting Muse

"Welcome to the all new muse.mu! We've had a pretty major overhaul and there are lots of new features for you to explore including MuseWiki and Google Maps integration plus commentable news and pics for Muse Members. More info below:

THE HOMEPAGE
Here you can keep up to date on the latest news and tour dates, plus see the most recent comments on the site and watch as the photo box takes you through all the band's official images! Underneath the news section you can check out the band's latest tweets on their official Twitter channel and keep up to date with news stories about the band posted on other websites.

NEWS
In the news section you can browse through stories chronologically and subscribe to the RSS feed if you want to make sure you get the latest news first. In fact, if you want more RSS you can subscribe to feeds for News, Gigs, Photos and News From The Web over in the links section.

TOUR DATES
Check out the band's forthcoming tour dates complete with venue location maps and ticket info. Then go back in time and have a look at every gig the band have ever played! If you're a Muse Member you can upload photos to appear on these pages and you can edit the setlist over on the MuseWiki to see it appear on muse.mu. Tour Dates is also the first section that utilises the brand new feature, the Muse Map! Click to "view map" in this section to see all the dates on a world map, filter by country, city and year to find the ones you went to. Then, add your attendence on the gig page to appear in the attendees list and notch up another gig in your Member Profile.

MEDIA PLAYER
Over in the media player, if you're a member, you can listen and watch the entire Muse back catalogue in our brand new shiny player. Read the lyrics while you're listening or pop the player out and have it on in the background while you browse the rest of the site.

DISCOGRAPHY
The discography section is another area where we've joined forces with the MuseWiki. Take a look at info about each release, written by the fans!

IMAGES
We've brought all your images over from the old site, along with all the official ones, and as with tour dates, you can now view them on the Muse Map, so make sure when you upload any new ones you tag them to the right gig and location to make sure they show up in each of the relevent pages.

MEMBERS
This section is where you Muse Members can change your profiles, let everyone know your favourite song, gig and album and edit your details that get shown around the site. You can also have a look at other people's profiles and find each other on the Muse Members map. Make sure you tag yourself in Edit My Profile if you want to appear though, we didn't have this information from you before so at the moment this map looks a little lonely!

SHOP
Last but not least, don't forget to have a look at our new shop. We've re-ordered everything, taken some new shots of our merch and made it so you can buy music and t-shirts all together. We'll be making new items available there very soon including special promotions for the release of The Resistance, so keep checking back!"

End of quotation.
