Strange Sighting

On 25/07/09 at approximately 10:40pm we saw a glowing orange light pass across the sky. Two minutes later another one came across on a very similar trajectory. Having seen the space shuttle and international space station pass over before we assumed it could have been them but, then, after another two minutes another one came over. From NASA's site there were no sightings scheduled for that day where we were. Six passed overhead in total. They were not flashing and were moving at a constant speed. There have been reports in the local paper of Chinese Lanterns, could this be a possibility? I think that the objects were too large and too bright and traveling too fast to be Chinese Lanterns. but on the other hand I don't know what they are! I also don't think that they could be aircraft as they were very bright and there was no noise when they flew over. It would be unusual for an aircraft to have a constant light and not flashing navigation lights? They looked similar to the ISS when that passes over, but they were orange not white like the ISS. I have a zoomed in picture and a video below.

If you have any ideas as to what they could be please leave a comment.

Here is a photo of the one of the objects (zoomed in very close):

Here is a video of one passing over:

It's a moth

I don't think it was a moth. Although the image in the video is erratic that was my poor videoing skills! It was flying very straight.
